Himanshu joined Verifone in 2023 after 10 years at First Data Corporation and Fiserv, where he gained substantial fintech expertise across payments, software and services. Prior to that, Himanshu spent 16 years at JPMorgan, in a variety of roles. He is keenly focused on ensuring Verifone architects class-leading solutions across the globe for every type and size of customer, from physical and digital businesses to global FinTechs and financial service firms. 

Anish joined Verifone as CFO in 2024. He has an abundance of Finance, strategy and operations experience in the payments and FinTech space, including serving as CFO and COO at PUNCHH, CFO at Clover and Head of Capital Markets for First Data. 

Prior to joining Verifone as General Counsel in 2024, Mark most recently served as Partner at Reitler Kailas & Rosenblatt LLP and held executive roles at both TPG Global and The General Electric Company among others. He is a graduate of Columbia University and Harvard Law School and is admitted to the Bars of the States of New York and California. 

Sachin joined Verifone in 2024 with two decades of deep technology experience from companies like Varo Bank, Addi, Clover, First Data, and Associated Press. His wealth of technical prowess across digital experiences, gateways, hardware devices, payments, and POS systems will help us accelerate innovation and deepen the integration across Verifone’s global portfolio of solutions.

Bringing over 30 years of software engineering industry experience, Thano joined Verifone in 2012 and has held a variety of executive and engineering roles successfully driving our solutions into every corner of the world. Prior to Verifone, Thano was running multiple software engineering teams at Lucent Technologies.

Tom has a wealth of executive-level operations and supply chain leadership experience and success at large multinational electronics companies. Most recently he served at TE Connectivity, Flextronics, ITT and Honeywell Aerospace. 

Prasanna joined Verifone in 2024 with 30+ years of product management leadership experience and accomplishments from payments and FinTech companies including Visa, Ondot Systems, Citibank N.A., MasterCard and Oracle. He is focused on setting the strategy and improving the commercialization of Verifone’s industry-leading products and solutions.

Tyler joined Verifone in 2024 with extensive experience in the ISO/ISV and Partner space within the payments industry, primarily gained in leadership roles at First Data/Fiserv. He will help us continue to enhance value for our customers through both product developments and attaching new services.

Liz comes to Verifone with more than 25 years of B2B enterprise technology marketing experience primarily gained at IBM, where she was most recently CMO of IBM Software, a global division with $15B annual revenue. She has vast experience in Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Communications, Digital, and Go to Market strategy for software and services that she will apply to help us further commercialize our offerings and expand the impact of our marketing activities.

Bringing more than 25 years of payment industry experience, Bulent joined Verifone in 2006 and has held a variety of executive leadership roles around the world. Prior to Verifone he was VP of Marketing and Business Development at Lipman in New York.

Paris brings more than 20 years of payments industry leadership experience focusing on strategic actions and results-oriented approaches. He is responsible for driving Verifone’s omnichannel strategy throughout the APAC region.

Federico joins Verifone after nine years of Latin American commercial experience at ACI Worldwide, where he held a variety of sales leadership positions. He most recently served as Sales VP – Head of South America. Prior to ACI, Federico was a practicing attorney for nine years.

Leveraging over 20 years of expertise in championing vertical markets, with 12 of those years as a Commerce Expert at Verifone, James is known for his distinctive personal approach to solutioning while promoting a culture of engagement and client advocacy. He is focused on delivering world-class solutions for merchants across North America.

Tim is responsible for Verifone’s most critical global strategic partnerships across the payments industry. He brings 15+ years of experience in multiple senior sales and business development roles for various companies in financial and telecommunications technology. Tim is a fierce advocate for Verifone’s partners, and has a keen focus on fostering positive and inclusive relationships that truly elevate the payments experience.

James is a 20+ year veteran of the petroleum and convenience store industry. In his career James has managed convenience stores, worked for NACS, the global trade association representing the industry, and for the last 13 years has led product management and marketing for the petroleum and convenience store vertical inside of Verifone.
