  • If I add new features later on, like APMs for example, can those be included in my configuration?

    Absolutely. You can add new features to your configuration at any time, with new, repaired and replacement devices all be loaded with the new set of software files. Visit our Device Management services section to learn about deploying new configurations to your existing estate.

  • Can I include a company-specific document?

    You certainly can. Documents that you provide us are easily added as part of the kitting process. These can include welcome letters, company contact details and specific use instructions tied to your business model.
